One of the Northeast’s most demanding fifty-milers: a roughly 54-mile point-to-point from Windham to Phoenicia that strings together the northern Blackhead Range, long stretches of the Long Path, and about fifteen miles of the Devil’s Path — often called the hardest trail on the East Coast. Around 14,000 feet of climbing over relentless, rocky, hand-over-hand Catskill terrain, with a 23–24 hour limit, roughly nine aid stations and long remote gaps between them.
The 2026 edition ran on June 20–21. The 2027 date has not been posted yet; expect mid-to-late June and confirm on the official site.
